This recipe is a keeper, after last night's pulled pork sandwiches.  I changed these recipes a little from how they were published - the recipes below are what I actually made.

For the pork, recipe from Chris Lilly:

-------- ------------ --------------------------------
For the pork shoulder rub
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/3 cup garlic salt
1/3 cup kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
-----------
Pork injection
3/4 cup Martinelli's apple juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire

For the sauce, recipe from Cooking Light:

---------------
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

For the slaw, recipe also from Cooking Light:

------------------------
1/4 cup dehydrated onions, reconstituted
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 bags angel hair ready-to-eat coleslaw mix

For the bread:
Storebought Ciabatta sandwich rolls

Yeah yeah!

I could put a couple cameras on my car, and take pictures of all the jackass drivers I have to deal with on a daily basis.  Especially the BMW drivers.  Then I could blog about them with righteous indignation.

Especially drivers like this:
